She was the one who was a doctor who wasn't actually qualified to work in the surgery. Boyd Hoyland was working there as a receptionist while training to be a doctor. He caught her out by taping her confessing on an MP3 Player then a car chase followed in a very dramatic episode. Hope that helps.
