No there was actually a prison show called Oz, which stood for Oswald State Penintitary and it ran for five seasons but the series ended at least two years ago.
there isnt another prison drama. Prison Break is currently being showed in oz
LOL, sorry I had to laugh, but yer I used to watch Oz, but got bored of it, and I never really got into Prison Break... Back to the Question... I dont think they were similar.
