I bought a pair of blue pumps from new look right, and guess what i came home with? the blue pair, one shoe had my right foot size and the other one was the wrong foot size! LOL! Now i've got to go all the way back into town and exchange them! How stupid is that! So annoying!

that's what my mum said. Stupid person at the till obviously didnt know how to do it properly and wasn't concentrating on the job. I got so mad, the store is so busy and while she's serving customers, she's talking to her colleague. So rude. Surely yoou should pay attention to your customers first before having a conversation.
