does anyone watch this? if they do can you tell me how the dad died coz i just looked on the website and all it says is that he died! also did the actor die or was he just written out? thanx xx
he doesnt die in a car crash he collapses in the supermarket whilst gettin milk and has a heart attak/stroke and dies. you dnt see it happen u only see his wife answer the phone call and be told. it was a well sad episode i dnt no why they killed him off. i think he just left the show he not died in real life. altho i cud be rong
He is Dead in real life. he dies 11 September 2003 he first felt ill while rehearsing on set, and was rushed across the street to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, California, where he was diagnosed with an aorta dissection, which meant in layman's terms, an unrecognized flaw of the heart. He underwent surgery and died on September 11, 2003, just days shy of his 55th birthday
I love 8 Simple Rules! Its such a shame about the dad I wanna see that episode, but abc1 never show it. They'll have one episode with him in then the next one you watch CJ and the granpa are there...I dont see why they cant just show em in order.
I was sad when I found out about the dad dying in real life. But I also love the episodes with CJ in it, he's my fave. I love the episode when the dad (Paul) gets out the car with his slippers on and goes into the school lol.
