i think it is well harsh that steve mclaren may not give becks a starting spot in england matches and have him as a substitute instead i mean the boy has just stepped down as a captain and now he may not even get to play? i mean yeah there are other players like lennon and downing who should get the chance to be in the starting 11 but i think it's still harsh i'd rather have neville as sub then becks! now becks has to decide if he wants to quit international football altogether or rather be sub now that terry has been confirmed new captain

the only think beckham is good for is delivering set pieces, he has lost his quality in his all round game.
