sorry if this sounds daft!

over the last few months i have put on alot of weight and i need to shift it! lol. i aksed my mum n she sed don't eat crisps wich would be a start but i need exercsise.i used to swim alot but had to stop cos my exma got alot worse and so i can't do that anymore! so this may sound really vain but can anybody help me please?!

swimmin doesnt help if ya wanna lose weight fast.

get an exercise mat and do roughly 50 sit ups each morn and night, if it feels fine then make it 100 and so on! try running round the block a few times when u have some time as well!


trust me on this, ive done a lot of fitness training work experience

Take up trampolining its ace, loads a fun and you get fit and loose weight and tone up really quickly. And then you start doing really cool stuff like throwing yourself round in the sir and all that malarkey its great!!!!!!!!!!!!

take up some sort of dance it works wonders lol, i started street/jaz and toned up really quickly. trachy shaws salsacis eis quite good for a home workout...yeh i know its tracy shaw lol but the man in it is good!

i had the same similar problem i started walkin with a friend and on are walk we would run and walk and wen we got to quite places wud to pressups or sumthin i found that really helped

Doing exercise with a friend always helps like what ceri s just suggested. When you do it on your own it's easy to lose motivation, but when someone else is relying on you too you tend to stick to it for longer. So why don't you see if any of your friends are interested in working out?

I couldn't really bounce i cause when i just stood on it, it almost touched the grass Frown

I joined a dance and singing class. Ths singing help you with breathing which means you are able to imporve your stamina when excersising and dancing tones you up really quickly, and is so fun it doesnt even feel like excersise ! A*


A good friend will come bail you out of jail....

But a true friend will be sitting next to you saying ....

well, WE screwed that up

If this was true you would knnow that swimming exercises every muscle in your body and is one of, if not the best ways to get healthy

You don't need an excercise mat to do sit ups and press ups..It's just a waste of money, do it on your living room or bedroom floor.

join the gym...go for a run a few times a week (or walk if you can't) or buy some workout dvd and then you don't even have to leave the lounge.sorted

erm did u not read what i put? i said it doesnt lose weight fast, if ya want it to! i never said it doesnt work ya muscles! it is very toning but it takes a while
