it's my sister's 21st birthday on the 25th of this month, and i want to get her something special but have no idea where to start! anyone got any ideas what i can buy her?

Why don't you ask her what she would like, or if ya don't want to ask maybe you could get her perfume or a nice top or a piece of jewllery.

i asked her yesterday but the thing is even she don't know what she wants lol. i never know what to buy people for their birthdays

God me either - and boys are harder to buy for as well. I have 2 friends who are guys and i find it difficult to buy them anything. I buy them clothes, they don't like what i buy them. I buy them video games, i get the wrong ones. Its terrible!

I find it difficult buying presents for my sisters too. So i don't bother anymore, and i don't think they care either. I think the one thing they are most concerned about if i am actually there on the day, then anything else.

Lets see, hayley...why don't you buy her jewellery? or or do this, do a collage of photos or even a video for her celebrating the 21 years of her life. that's a great idea, don't you think?

Something to do with the number 21 maybe, someting with 21 parts in it, a bracelet with 21 links or a piece of jewellry with 21 stones(they dont have to be real) in it, I once bought a charm bracelet with 21 charms on it for my GF, but then I got told off because that was not the way to do it, (but then I am a bloke what do I know)
mind you a charm bracelet might be a bit old fashioned.

Of course the other thing to remember is that its the thought that counts more than the gift, and as long as you all have a really good time and enjoy it, you will have memories that will last a lifetime.

i think grumpy's idea is good^^^^^, i dont think u can really go wrong with jewellery, it needs to be something she can keep

i would say either vouchers, that way she can get exactly what she wants, i know people will say its a not alot of thot put into it idea, but least she can have something she likes.

i bought my bro a digi cam for his 21st thot it was a good idea.
or a day out. the problem is most 21 year old have pretty much everything so maybe a day out would work best
