what can you do about swimming and periods?

if you're going for a month, then surely just a few days without swimming won't hurt you.

However, tampons are good if you want to swim!

if it was a couple of days i wouldn't mind, but it would be a whole week!

u dinna need 2 go swimmen with tampons, coz i go swimmen all the time without tampons when ive got my period

if u feel comfatable wearin tampns wear them wen u r swimmin if not jst give the pool a miss for a while
