ok hunni! You need to start eating, it takes a while to lose weight and you need to do some exercise maybe everyday and EATING healthily! then you're gonna start seeing some results!! Hope this helps!

Your metabloism (excuse my spelling) is'nt working because your not eating. You wont loose the weight over night just because you starved yourself for a day. Write down every day what your going to eat and stick to it, make sure you have a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner even have a little bit of chocolate or whatever is a treat to you. just dont binge on it! Exercise for a good hour every day, make sure you sweat and get your heart rate going. Within 2 weeks you will notice a difference not only in your body but you will feel happy'er too because your not depriving yourself of anything. And because you feel happy'er you will stick to it, meaning the weight will stay off!! GOOD LUCK X

go on the special kay diet for 2 weeks a bowl for breakfast and a bowl for lunch, then a weightwatcher meal for tea then a little snack for breakfast! it worked for me! Exercise Daily (but your already doing that) Cut down on snacks before meals like instead of eating chocolate eat fruit! maybe a fruit sald of 5 different fruits and drink a litre of water! keep a routine of what you do and what you eat!! GOOD LUCK!
And last of all dont worry when you dont lose weight straight away it takes a lot longer for some people!

if you eat less than 2000 calories a day and excerise you shouild be alright do the coleen work out dvd i've bin doin it three times a week and eating 1200 calories a day and ive lost 3lbs in a week ps you cant get the dvd off boots entertainment for about £6

you need to eat 3 square meals a day and exercise, thats all u can do really. Crash dieting doesn't work cos u just put it all back on again.
