Reports suggesting that I'm A Celebrity star Fran Cosgrave and ex-Boyzone singer Shane Lynch have auditioned for a part in Hollyoaks are true.

The pair attended auditions for a part which has yet to be cast.

A show insider revealed: "Fran and Shane did come to the audtions and the part has yet to be cast. There are a number of new faces joining the show over the coming weeks, so watch this space."
