It is a good point. Those on us on the old forum did have some bad habits, and some have brought those habits here. Although Text Talk was outlawed, because sections were cleared wholesale it didn't matter so much if members posted identical messages as the got deleted the next day. Also because of the restriction on sections then posts about various topics got posted in fewer sections.
Here there are more sections and threads are retained longer, and while some accept that andpost responibly, there are other who still use this section in particualy to post anything, despite there being other more dedicated forums in the Channel 4 Forum Community more suited to their posts and what they want to talk about.
Given that I can see there being loads of posts made in this section without old and obviously inactive threads being deleted.

I wasnt on the old forum, but I discovered this yesterday and it's good that I have a new place to discuss Hollyoaks

It still needs alot more oomph to be better than the old forum!!!

then , you'll notice that the name rake WAS at the top of teh board since 30-04-06 , but you had to be the one to stop that , and not even for a good reason ! so you annoy me for removing rakes name with no reason .

it doesnt matter where i write posts as long as theres nothing bad wrote in them.my posts havent bn as mean as ur one about hating me.
