Clark brings Lana to the caves. Then, he puts his silver key in the slot and both are taken to the Fortress of Solitude. He comes clean to Lana (he wasn't adopted and is from Krypton) and then proposes. Later, Lana and Clark talk on the phone. She just left a drunken Lex. She warns Clark about the fact that Lex knows Clark's secret and that it looked like Lex thought she knew too. Lex chases Lana in his car. He pulls up beside her and tells her to pull over to finish talking and she looks away for a split second and... Clark, having heard everything via his cell, rushes to the scene.

Looks like Lana dies but I don't think she stays dead, from the photos I've seen from the episode it looks like Jonathan gives up his life in return for Lana being brought back to life. IMO I'd rather Lana stay dead as Clark can get another girlfriend but not another Dad

I pretty much guessed that Lana would have to die in order for Lois to come into the picture. I am a big fan of Lana and Clark being together but feel that the producers should stick to the original outcome that being of Lois and Clark being together.

Are you sure about Jonathan giving up his life for hers??
Why would he do that? He doesn't surely even know her that well. It'd be different if it was to bring back his wife or son, but not her.

Well by the photos I've seen Clark is carrying a dead Jonathan into the fortress of solitude and if Lana is already dead it looks like he is giving his life up for her because he knows how much Clark loves her

be they both die

many possible outcomes to throw people off whats really going to happen.

If you go to Krypton site dot com there is a photo of Clark carrying Lana in the fortress of solitude, I'm thinking just after she's come back to life and he's going to share his secret

I really hope Lana gets bumped off!!!
So many "near death experiences" and "stalkers". And she's always the "Damsel in destress" who constantly needs saving, or somebody is messing her about.
She's more trouble than she's worth!!!
