Your tv licence would only cover you if you have a tv card that is to say a free view card installed on your pc.Tv shows online are usually subject to copywrite and are illegal,however the companies who allow the uploads for people to view are the ones the programme owners go after so it is down to your own level of guilt and how badly you want to see what you want to see.Personally i got sick of waiting and took matters into my own hands.

That's interesting because you can have a t.v tuner/card installed on some Dell computers when you order them.
