Brainiac comes into the show in the form of Professor Milton Fine played by James Masters.

More DC Comic characters are introduced into Smallville; one episode stars the future Aquaman (AC Curry). Then another stars the future Cyborg (Victor Stone).

There is kind of a tribute to Buffy the Vampire Slayer, with a vampire themed episode.

Lois Lane tries her hand at being a pole dancer.

Lexmas is Smallville’s first Christmas themed episode.

Jonathan Kent dies (100th episode).

Lex begins to turn even darker.

Clark and Lana are together, and then brake up.

Lana gets together with Lex.

Chloe gets a job at The Daily Planet.

Zod escapes from The Phantom Zone thanks to a human vessel.

It was one fantastic season!

I personally really enjoyed the 100th episode, I thought it was great. Very moving.

could not agree more johnny, choked me when Johnathen dies and i much would have preferred lana
