CLARK DEVELOPS A NEW SUPERPOWER — Clark (Tom Welling) works hard to clean up the destruction done by Zod and develops what he thinks is his first cold. However, he soon discovers it is a new power – super breath! Lois (Erica Durance) lands a job at The Inquisitor, the local tabloid, and Lana (Kristin Kreuk) moves in with Lex (Michael Rosenbaum, who believes someone is following him, which quickly proves to be true after he is kidnapped.



Lex kidnapped again....the 'fillers' are back already

Pretty good episode this week. Very light-hearted compared to Zod.

The chemistry between Clark and Chloe is what made this such a good episode, those 2 are so great to watch together now.

Lana went from being fairly brave last week to totally stupid this week, She put Lex in danger just to spite Clark. She also seems to have forgotten that Chloe also knew about Lex/Zod before Lex was taken over. Why isn't she angry at Chloe as well?

Lionel doesn't believe that Lex really has amnesia, and neither do I. Interesting to see where this will eventually lead. Although I am getting a bit sick of characters always blaming the same people when something goes wrong. Lana blames Clark, Clark blames Lex and Lex blames Lionel. 9/10 they end up being wrong.

I didn't like the Oliver Queen character too much, hopefully his acting will improve over time.

It would b cool if Clark n Chloe get it on i know she fancies him she should have lied when clark asked her about the kiss

I think its starting to clear up now, with Lois getting a job as a reporter and clark having a little moment with her when she was in hospital, so its only time till they get together.

This episode was ok but thats only because clark gets a new power, I don't think clark will be flying for a while. I think they will be saving it for a finale or something where he has a big fight with someone.

I enjoyed this ep. It was exiting Clark discovering a new power n Chloe being there is more interactive. Chloe's the closest person Clark has coz she knows the real him. I want 2 c more happen btwn them.

I dont think its right that Clark gets with Lois coz we know they meet at the Daily planet when they're adults. Then Lois falls 4 superman then later Clark. Thats the way it is. So a GF 4 Clark now cannot b Lois.

I say Clark 4 Chloe she has wanted him 4 so long.

Alas, with Jimmy Olsen on the scene we ae going to see him and Chloe get a run, with Lois pairing off with Green Arrow as well IMO. Leaving poor Clark all alone! When he returned to the Planet in the opener his look said he'd have gone for it with Chloe if she wanted, as she accepts him for who he is.

I quite enjoyed this episode. Lex getting shot. AGAIN!!! How many more bullets can this guy take. The idea of Clark getting tired after using his abilites for so long was also intriguing, and hopefully his new power will be used sparingly in the future.

Have to say Oliver Queen didn't really impress me, but I think the whole character is a bit weak (he robs from the rich to give to the poor, yet lives in luxury himself, not exactly Robin Hood material.)

Nice to see Lionel as cool as ever, threatening those who attack his son, despite Lionel knowing what a danger he is and can be. Thr first bit of friction between Lex and Lana as well was refreshing, things were far too smooth between them despite what had happened.

Not sure what to make of the next episode, but looking forward to the one after that. The idea of a black box intrigues me. Hope it's the same little black box from before, to track alpha-waves.....

Watching through the season 5 dvd's I noticed he got shot 3 times in 3 episodes......cant remember all the other times, but I know it happens alot

Next time one of us starts from season 1 we should count the amount of times
