I was just thinking, You know how supermans hands are always exposed, couldnt any old average joe go and analyse anything he touches to find his finger prints and there for ehis true identity. Comments any one, come on russian, I want to see if you have an answwer for this???

Ok I was refering to the whole superman mythology so yes he has touched and broken many a things so im sure his finger prints are every where.

Secondly, do you not watch smallville or some thing, Clar always breaks locks and stuff to save people as we all know but none the less, he does it. Also when on red k in season 2/3 can not remember right now, he broke into lionel luthors safe and the door was on the floor when he left, So I am damn sure lionel would have done what eer it takes to find ou who it was. Any way he has also been around a lot of crime scenes as the woman sheriff of smallville so kindly always points out. Next, LOL.

There are several explanations for this but nothing absolute.For instance because clark is kyptonian he simply does not have a fingerprint or his cellular structure is such that he does have a print but he can alter the signature and make his print different everytime.I do think that if the people around him are fooled by a pair of specs they wouldn't think to look at his dna.

Firstly Smallville is a town and it only has local police station where they don't have a forensic department like they do in city. secondly Clark kent finger prints are NOT on file in police computer-remember only criminal who have been arrested are in police computer so if they dust for clark prints and run them on their computer there would get no matches so then it simple put as unsolve crime.

Now just save time you are going ask what if clark does get arrested?-simple remember clark has a lot of powers eg super speed so they can't catch him. on top of that he has chole who has on number of occasion broke into lexcorp network if she can break into lexcorp computer how difficult would for her to break in smallville police department computer and erase clark finger-print from file.

From the smallville series point of view a bloody good answer also.

I agree about the fingerprints etc. but in the real world surely Clark would have been caught a lot of times, the most simple way to get away it seems that the person who might see his powers is unconcious at the time, how many times can this happen and how weak are the people there, lol

Anyway I don't think Clarks fingerprints would stick if the police were to put ink on them, he probably has different coating to his skin i.e. resistant to oils n stuff?. If the texture of his hands were different I'm sure someone would have noticed i.e. Lana.

Also he doesn't sweat does he? apart from when he had that fever at the time of discovering his lung capacity when he was sneezing

also even though smallville is a small town and the police force is a police farce, it has billionaire's living there who have the most up to date technologies, and i'm sure lionel and lex could easily get people's fingerprints, that nothing for them, yet still Clark manages to avoid it all, lol

Smallville is the best show on tv, i always watch it, even the repeats.
