Good episode i feel this week, in the usa as they follow from the not so good hynotic. johnathan kent returns to tell clark that lionel knows his secret, but this may not be the only time we seen papa kent this season. also finally lana moves away from clark and we will see in the next episode that lana kisses lex. the season finale is shaping up well as we look to see jor-el in the finally and also before it the relationship between clark, martha and lionel. until next time

Decent enough episode, nothing special about it though........once again there was no Milton Fine, so we'll have to wait another week to find out what's going on, athough he's not mentioned in the spoilers until the finale. (I doubt they will leave it that long)

Really strong episode, but I disagree that Hypnotic last week was a poor one. Clark in Honduras was cool, and seeing where the spaceship landed.

Ace to have Pa Kent back, if only for a short while. Warning him that Lionel knows his secret, but I found it strange that he seemed to warning him of Lionel as well, as Lionel currently seems to be acting as a father figure to Clark, (Jor-El anyone.) Liked the scene where straight after coming back, Clark see's Lionel come to meet his mother for a senatorial dinner. Glover also delivered the line 'Goodnight, (long dramatic pause) Clark (I know that's not your real name Kal-El)" superbly, and he continues to be the star of the show with his short screen time.

Again no Lois in the episode. Boo! When will she return and make my screen brighter once more???

Lex again playing Lana well so she falls into his arms, building up on last week, where he both tried to break Clark/Lana up and discover more about Clark. The scenes with his mother were good though, and we further witnessed his fall to darkness from 'Lexmas' where he seemed to treat his mother with the same hard nosed kindness that we saw Lionel did in previous flashbacks (further ramming down our thoats that yes Lex is evil and becoming just like his father.)

Also liked the way how of the three flashbacks, Lana, Lex and Clark, when Lana and Lex were 'brought back to life' Lana's parents/Lex's mother had there arms out as if they were holding on, but Jonathan was actually pushing Clark back to life knowing that he is needed on Earth.

No Fine, admittedly, but I think if he is overused as a character he will lose some impact. This is what makes Lionel such a strong character. He's back yes we know, and Clark and Chloe know too. Also Chloe telling Clark that Lionel put her onto him in the first place means hopefully we will see some sort of Father-Son confrontation between Lionel and Clark, as they always work well on screen.

Next week looks like a bit of a filler, hopefully the Lex and Lana stuff will make it interesting.
