Hi all, I'm a newbie here. just came here to see if there is any new at all on season 7. I must say that after reading this thread I'm really sad! I'm a regular over at the Bluetights web site and all the Americans talk baout the latest episode of SVs7. I know I can download then eps but to be honest, I pay a licence fee and want to watch it here..on my TV. I would have thought that after the last load of BB and the fact that NO-one watch it..they'd at last learn!
If the CW have picked it up for season8, after all the trouble of the writers strike..then it shows that it's a great show and much loved.

Does this mean then, that we'll get to see Clark finally turn into the greatest superhero (season8) sometime in 2010?!?! *faints*

By that time the show will have ended and Tom et al will be in movies...that or grey and old!

dose any1 know were 2 get information for season 7? i love superman but unfortunatley moved out and didnt have sky so missed season 6 so im now tryin 2 watch it on channel 4 on sundays!!, its a brill show and isnt given enough credit by e4!!!! Tom wellings already 30!! by the time it finishes theyll have 2 change people (NOT impressed with dat) HURRY UP and show S7. . . . . .

Any who I would not recomend that any one holds their breath for season 7 in the UK, I know I won't be. Who knows we may even have the same situation that we had with season 6 you know the box set coming out before it was shown on e4.

Thought the boxed set came out around two thirds through E4's run last year ? .Not that it matters either way the uk was stiffed again !.

Iam not sure any way the box set came out at an odd time compared to the last season, and you are right the UK did get stiffed again. They messed it up damn you E4 damn you all to heck.

i`m already coming to the end of season 7 as i watchit striaght after its been aired in the us there is a lot happening and the spoilers for season 8 and what has been confirmed by warner bors for season makes it look like season 8 will be there last

You are most likely right about season 8 being the last season. They are going in to it with a seriously depleated cast. John Schnider left in season 5 in the 100th episode when Johnathen Kent died, Matha Kent has left for washington, Lex is probably going to be locked up, for I suspect the murder of his father although don't quote me on that, having said this me and some of the other smallville veterans think that this is the mostly likely sceaniro. I don't know where Chloe and Lana will end up so that just Leaves Clark and Lois, although Chloe may still be around, not sure about Lana though.

Season eight will be lois and clark 2008/9 except they cannot have a relationship because of the well documented constraints the writers have, so it will be will they won't they for twenty two episodes with jimmy and his bow tie thrown in for good measure .Doomsday with be the season baddie (someone who does not speak,god they really are trying to cut corners) and an evil woman who will take over the running of luthor corp.No chloe(her agent thinks they are in a position of strength but warner will not pay what thay are asking , stalemate) and lana in for seven episodes only.What a shambles!!.NEEDLESS TO SAY THE RUSSIAN IS NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THIS!!.
