Will There Be A Season Six? We've gotten a good amount of e-mail asking if Smallville has been renewed for a sixth season yet. As many may be aware, the WB and UPN networks are merging to become The CW this Fall.
Smallville is expected to be back for another year after its excellent performance on Thursdays this season, but no formal announcements have been made yet. The CW will be officially announcing their Fall 2006 schedule to advertisers in New York on Thursday, May 18, 2006; expect more news to come around that time. We think it's a safe bet that Season 5 will end on a cliffhanger; they wouldn't really leave us waiting, would they?
Fans are really curious about the CW's plans for what will make the cut with this new schedule. Will Veronica Mars live to see another mystery? What about Everwood? Supernatural? And is One Tree Hill doomed? It will also be around that time that we will learn if the Aquaman television series from the creators of Smallville will be on the schedule. Stay tuned!

I assume they will get a 6th season commissioned. If they get a big established star to sign on for some appearances next year, e.g. Terence Stamp to appear as Jor-El that should do it.

Hey did you watch last week episodes.. I don't know what it was called but it was about the hunters? Anyway, wasn't it funny when Dean said "Demons I get, but not humans" Well he siad something liek that, anyway it was good the way they has a non supernatural episode , they intergrated it well.
As for Smallvile, yes I am glad that they are renewing the series for another season. I would like to to see Clark fly like a bird.. heheheh
it is good and some episodes are really scary, jensen is a good actor. and its funny to watch them as brothers. its a refreshing show and i hope they are making another series

Yes, it looks as if we will have the delights of Lana in season 6 Asian. It will be interesting to see where her relationship with Lex goes.
It was quite funny, but read an interview with Al Gough and he was saying they had always planned something for Lana and Lex, but had to wait for season 3/4 for Lex to have feelings for her, and till season 5 before anything happened, so that everyone was 'legal.'
