Season seven will depend on ratings for season six,as for two more after that,not a chance in hell in my opinion,all the actors appear to want out and the storylines all coming to a conclusion ,clark and lana,lex and lionel etc.I think there will be one more season and that will be it.
Thing is ,at least three of the principle actors have come out and said if season seven is done it will be their last,mr,kk and am have all stated that i don't think john glover comes into the picture for reasons which i will not go into so that leaves tw,ed because you cannot include annette o'toole as his mum is not likly to follow him to the big city.In short a follow up series highly unlikly in my opinion.
It probably would be best to finish after seven then give the film role to tom welling,not a big fan of brandon routh personally.By the way does anybody else think the filmmakers missed the boat with superman returns,i thought a proper story triolgy would have been better,part one clark's early years in smallville.part two his move to metropolis and journalistic career and growth into a superhero and part three his fully fledged growth into superman,any thoughts people?.
Yeah, I think Tom Welling would have made a better Superman than Brandon Routh. Your suggestion sounds good. By the way in Supperman returns, what is the deal with his son. Does he have Supermans powers, but is immune to kryptonite.

I agree that BR was a poo Superman, his face looks like botox city - although I did enjoy it. As for Welling, well I don't think he could have done the film based on the age of Clark, i.e carrying on from the last Supe film. Although, it was right to cast an unknown rather than Nic Cage who they did consider.

I think BR Done a great job. Nicholas Cage is no superman :-) Im looking forward to next one! MAN OF STEEL AS BRAINIAC will be in it! Now that should be the s**t :-)

hi cloud erm i think the thing about supermans son is that he hasn't really found out about his powers(if he has any the same as clark) but he is half human and half krytonin and i do think he is immune to kyptonite but thats my guess

Superman slept with louis lane in superman 2 hence why he has a child!! And as for his powers he was born on earth so the radiation from the kryptonite wont affect him! I cannot see him having a weakness other than protecting humans! Do you think he would be able to fly?? If u dont reply i will KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND you till i get an over kill!
Well He might have the same powers as Superman GL but I reckon he will be a considerable amount weaker as there is only one superman and his kid will be half and half.

I am so with you GL, I reckong Routh did a very good job, His resemblence to the late andgreat Christopher Reeves certainly helpe, but I think he was a very good Superman Replacement, only second to the true Superman. Also If Nichloas cage even came closer then consideration for that role I would never have watched it, that man should just stick to his wig and the ghost rider films lol, nothing agaisnt him he has done some good films, but a superman he was and is not, and never will be or never could have been, that would have been the stupidist role casting I had ever heard of inn my life. Comments???
