Just have to praise the writers for getting an episode so right,it's all there chloe and jimmy's relationship and chloe comming clean regarding her ability.Lex and julian is he the real thing or is he a clone created by lex ?.The realisation that brainiac/milton fine is out there only to be topped by lana sharing everything she has on lex with clark to bring him to justice ,and the end if you didn't see it coming sets up the second half of the season.BRILL!!.

Thanks russian, i read the synopsis and thought this sounded a b it dull compared to the others before it but if it is as good as you have said then i may just have some thing to look foward to.

Lex: I know you, you've stolen from me before
Bart: I want a lawyer
Lex: And I want a ponytail....dissapointment abounds

I really must find these season 7 episodes, I watched phantom last night, it was amazing, it was pretty gruesome an I loved the fight between clark and bizzaro. It also showed me that everything lionel has done has been designed to protect clark, i was amazed to find out that the man hunter had been watching clark all these years.

Seem to remember saying at the time that bizarro had been intercepted after his fight with clark, question is by who ? .As clark is currently in a cavern of ice who put bizarro into clark's life ? ,jor-el ,to get information from lana to bring about the downfall of lex, something he knows clark will never do,or is it another force, brainiac for instance that has control of bizarro and seized the chance to unleish him when jor-el punished clark . Have to wait until jan 31st to find out.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ONE AND ALL !!!

Don't clark and the manhunter work together to destroy bizzaro after they discover his weakness?

Ah right, do you think that brainiac may try to use bizzaro as a vessel to bring back zod?

Sunoit is correct bizarro was not destroyed and brainiac is a soldier of zod cloud so i think it is possible zod will return , however if the writers strike is not resolved in the next four weeks smallville like all other 22 episode series will be reduced to sixteen making storylines at a premium .

Stirkes ruin every thing every where dont they, really get on my nerves they do, especially when they are for the most unbelieveably insane reasons, however, money often seems to be the cause of most doesnt it.

It sure does, but what annoys me is that these people get paid enough money as it is so they should quit griping.

Not true, CS. Some writers DO get paid enough, but for the lesser known writers (As in the ones that won't automatically find work when there shows end), they live of off of the money made by the sales of DVD's, repeats etc...
The fact that there are now many more ways for tv programmes to be shown (online) means that the likes of ABC, the CW etc are all making more money out of the public, which in turn means the writers should be earning more.

I suppose when you put it like that, by the way have the actors gone on strike too in support of the writers?

No, but some actors have show support when the writers have been protesting near where they are filming.

I am a bit confused as to why some films like Harry Potter 6 cant carry on, i mean if the writers wont work then the director should improvise and use the book, bnut is till want the writers stirke to end ASAP so that smalllville can continue.

Too true, the only concelation is by the time we get season 7 over here the strike should be over so they should be able to finish it off so we will be able to see it in its entirety.

That will not happen cloud ,if the strike is still ongoing the season will be curtailed to sixteen episodes the last of which will be a cliffhanger, after that it's in the lap of the gods if warner/cw will finance a eighth season. The only good news at sixteen episodes the boxed set should be cheaper!.

True but the down side is that we would have to wait another year until we can see, on e4 at least, what we would normally have to wait until the next sunday for. Also if there is a season 8 will they make it longer to make up for the cut short season 7,although I doubt this highly. I was looking foreward to having season 7 tie every thing up and make that the end of it, not that I am tired of smallville i just think that there is a limit to how far they can stretch it out, now if they do have a season 8 we will have to wait another year to find out what happens and if they don't then we will just be left hanging in the wind, with an inconclusive ending to a brilliant show. Sorry about the length of this, but this is something that I, as well many of you probably do, feel passiontly about.
