Yeh, they may lose viewers going through all that again, and personally I am sick of zod, lets get some new bad guys in there, bring on bizarro, brainiac and the parasite.

He's Zod's little b!tch, so probably/hopefully
James Marsters/Milton Fine was originally supposed to be inhabited by Zod, so - after JM slagged off Gough and Miller so badly - they might go down that route this time.
For some reason they deleted it now, but last night KryptonSite posted that Mr Arrogantannoyingnewspaperassholemanwithastrangeneckandaverysmallhead gets shot and killed in episode 10
If that's right ninjy ,and i really hope it is,first thats ten episodes too many for someone who gives wooden actors a bad name and second maybe they will bring in micheal mckeans perry white for the remainder of season seven.
Expect episodes 7.14 and 7.15 to explore some long-standing elements and arcs in the overall Smallville mythology. Things that happened in past seasons will finally come together, in a storyline heavily involving Clark as well as the Luthors. Source: KryptonSite
Nice, now that you bring it up ninjy, I can not remmebr specifically but I do remmber that there were a lot of questions that still need answering and if that does happen then we can see which ones they focus on.

Ah damn, that could be hinting at the end verys soon, personally I think they could pull off one more massive season, just save up a massive budget or somethinga dn give us about three or four titan fights for the finale lol, then make clark fly and finish it at season 8.

If the season 7 finale is episode 15, what does that mean for Michael Rosenbaum and other actors who's contracts end at season 7? By the sounds of it, Lex will not do anything in the upcoming episodes to complete his turn to the dark side(killing Lionel), so if he leaves at ep 15 his story will be unfinished unless he returns for season 8.....
I wouldn't despair just yet cloud these things have a way of working themselves out, after all can the tv companies really afford to let it go on for any length of time , i think not.
True say, but I know what you mean loud, if they do not get it resolved then they might even try to shorten the entire season ito 15 episodes, my lord imagine it, no filers, action every episode, no crappy time wasting bits, just pure smallvilel story line, and they may even make the episodes longer but then this is clearly just wishful thinking.

I wonder if season 7 will be the final season full stop. After all when micheal rosenbaum and kirsten kreuk leave i don't see how much further they could take it without wondering into flights and tights teritory.
Like a fat a guy at an all you can eat buffet life got in my way.
I know personally I think that they should just leave it at season 7 after all it is a good place to leave it as martha will have left for washington and lex and clark will hate each others guts, which is basically the way it is supposed to wind up if they follow the traditional mythology, but the smallville writers will probably put their own spin on it.

Money talks cloud and as long as the watching public is there i fear it will go on too long and the real followers will begin to resent how it turns out.
I know, it would be a shame for Smallville to become ruined by being overstretched. I mean if they take it much further the action will pretty much have moved entirely out of smallville. By the way is it in season 7 that martha leaves for washington?

End of Season 6 actually cloud, and by Season 7 premiere, (which by the way I loved the whole affects with the rushing river and clark blasting it to hell, and thought it was a hell of a lot more relaxed then all others), She is gone by this point, possibly only ever returning as a special guest star.
