Why must this logo be displayed? It is very distracting in darkened scenes.

There seems to be only one option left to me & that is to purchase the series on DVD to escape that distracting logo.Expensive way out but if that's what it takes then so be it.No more SMALLVILLE for me on Channel 4/T4.
