Season 2, Episode 4, It was called red, and the ring was red kryptonite, it causes clakr to lose all inhibitions and do what ever he desires at the time no holds barred, and Yes it was a good episode. Hope this helped.

My fav epidode has got to be commencement Season 4 - Last Episode!

For me it is probably either combat as it was the first chance that clark had to really let rip. Or crusade, the flying scene was awesome.
