Hiya I watched it last night and i thought it was a great episode! I loved Kara, i thought the scenes with her and clark were great, especially the ones discussing Krypton and her mentoring with Clark. I felt sorry for Chloe with that new Grant having a go at her lol! That new government agent guy could turn out to be an iteresting character as well!Lex and Lana were good too! Comments?
Damn it Jonny, have you read ninjys summary of this episode, I have never seen any two thigns be more polar opposites, not even christopher reeves got superman and his cl;ark kent to be this different lol, ninjy basicalyl hated I think and you said it was fantastic, Ah well, I guess I will just have to see for my self, althought thats a hell of a long way off at the moment. Well, I hope you are right and not because I got anything against ninjy, but because I really do not want another quick fire round of episodes that are all talk and no action which is the other half of the vibe I am getting. So, for now, according to your advice, I guess this is just another onbe that I should be eager to see and put it on my already mile long list of episodes that I really want to see. Thanks for not putting in too many spoilers as well man.

not that i have anything against ninjy, but she seems to have a problem with every smallville episode lol. i liked this epidode i thought it was a good milestone for smallville and gave us some background info on kara aswell.
also left us hanging as to whether she is good or evil......

i HAVE NO ISSUE WITH kARA BEING INTRODUCED, AS LONG AS SHE IS NOT MADE INTO A moany little teenager. Think Dawn from Buffy, or Connor from Angel. We already Clark as whiney, we don't need her as well. If she is done right than fair enough, but for now it seems like just another excuse to keep Clark around and stop the show from moving forward.
As for me having issues with every episode....I seem to look deeper than the rest of you. I've never been a fan of Superman, but even I can see that Miller and Gough have wasted an oppertunity to make a GREAT show. Instead, they have 1 idea that they have recycled 7 times.
Clark has become less whiney and more procactive, I mean look at how he has dedicated himself to rounding up the zoners also he is standing up to Lex more.
Like a fat a guy at an all you can eat buffet life got in my way.
Even so,I thought clark was supposed to be like that so he could relate to teenage problems early on in the series as it was and still is targeted at a teenage audience, however, I think your right Cloud, as clark is maturing he is getting less whiney, I think a good example was how he automatically blamed lex and wanted to take him down when he didnt know how he got into that fake world in LABYRINTH. Also on another topic I did like the fact that he has started to be more forceful against lana, I think the line was " I dont care if lex is your fiance, stop protecting him" So yeh he was whiney but Now I think they ( the writers are tryig to make him mature into the future man of steel we all know he will be)

Which LL another three besides lionel.Looking at upcoming storylines i think it is lana luthor although she's a too little to be dragging lionel out of torrents of water,maybe she has help from another source.
