A thread called the greatest fight scene, and no mention of Bruce Lee? The scene in Fist of Fury where he walks into the japanese dojo is my fave. Yes, some of his punches miss the actors by a mile, and the bit where he swings the dummies around his head is a bit crap. But i love the ferocity of this film, and that scene captures it brilliantly.
To be honest, any other fight in any of his movies could make the list.
I agree with RobbieJess about the police Story (2?) playground fight scene, great choreography, Chan at his finest.
The end fight in Drunken Master 2 is also brilliant.
The scolling left-to-right fight in the corridor in Oldboy is raw, yet beautiful.
Also, Respect to Im_a_total_shanes shout out to Van Dammes final fight in Bloodsport. (Chong Li's the chinese bloke.)
Also, Keith Cookes fight scene in King of the Kickboxers is brilliant. The man is a great martial artist. He played Sub-zero and reptile in the mortal kombat films, but dont let that put you off... Its a shame that he didnt star in many films. His most famous being the China O Brien films.
