Quite a good list. Personally I think there should be some Wong Kar Wai on there too (Chungking Express, Falling Angels, In the Mood for Love) Ringo Lam (City on Fire),John Woo's masterpiece Bullet in the Head and the almighy 'A Touch of Zen'.

Shut up !
if you don't like this list ,go away!

i'm not fighter ...

On an occasional visit to a foreign movie forum, I unearth an abnormally. There isn't any Chinese movie on the list of recommended movies. The critics simply did not mention anything Chinese. This shocking discovery makes me feel hurt and indignant.

I feel that it's not because we do not have any worthy movies, it's just that they do not have the opportunity to come across our good movies. In light of this, on my website, I not only endorse excellent foreign films, I also laud brilliant local productions.

maybe you can say this list not your greatest movies list ,but its mine .

My favourite Chinese film would probably have to be Formula 17 (17歲的天空). It's just a really sweet film that never fails to cheer me up, particularly as it stars Duncan Chow.

If I'm in a more martial arts mood House of Flying Daggers would probably be my first choice. I think Zhang Yimou did a beautiful job of this film and Takeshi Kaneshiro looked absolutely stunning throughout.
