Blade, the opening sequence in the vampire nightclub when the sprinkler system covers everyone in blood, with that thumping clubmusic, great imagery.

I agree with all of TMITM's choices but also the opening animated credits to It's A Mad,Mad,Mad World and After The Fox and Around The World in 80 days (The David Niven movie)aswell as the animated title sequence to Grease
are pretty good too.

The opening to the original Night of the Living Dead when Barbara and Johny are driving up to the cemetary arguing about nonsense and having no clue about what was to happen next.
Agree also about the opening of Blade,although not really a title sequence, that brought a big cheesy grin to my face.
It really annoys me when credit sequences are just writing floating about on a backround.
