you're paying £28 plus when vat and delivery is added.

screwfix torque wrench

£6 delivery, total around £19....unless you add £22's worht of hacksaw blades, angle grinder cutting discs..(or even their cheapo angle grinder?)

anyways, that works out to around a tenner cheaper than the draper item...which probably comes from the same chinese factory...which is where draper get a lot of their tools made....good toolmakers, the chinese..almost as good as the yanks....

anyways, I've got one, and its worth its weight, etc, etc...

draper one was recomended .... hmmmm .... wonder if money changed hands for them to recommend it ???

screwfix a very good source for tools & always deliver quickly - if you want to avoid the delivery charge try pooling an order with friends/ relatives [as i have often done]- saves you money if you only want one item ..........

why is it when I stand on my head that sometimes, just sometimes ......?

Alright, I'll go for the screwfix one. I asked about torque wrenches before and it was also recommended then. That Draper one is a pain to try to track down for a good price - local diy are charging £35.
