nothing wrong with current jetta ..... big seller for vw in USA especially -- yes, I like it - even if it is a bit flashy & posh for me
If you want truly dull the Baleno is well up the list of dullards, others are higher up the list like the bulk of cars made in USA by US manufacturers which cant even manage to be more exciting than offerings from joint venture cars in China etc.

I don't think the Baleno is too bad. I've seen a few sporty looking saloon versions with bodykits and gold wheels. The dullest car on sale at the moment is the VW Fox.

The Toyota Auris is so dull along with Hyundai's version of the ceed (i30 whatever), look dated already. Toyota Avensis is anonymous too. Am a big VW fan but agree the Fox was a step backwards considering it replaced the Lupo. I think the Jetta is Ok, like a downsized Passat. But it is best loved in the States where hatchbacks to quite cut it compared to regular sedans
