I am pretty sure that it had a std. exhaust. How on earth that can pass any noise laws, i have no idea. Amazingly good sound.
I am lucky enough to have to spend half my life on the M6, seen quite a few Ferrari's this week heading south I think there must have been some kind of rally somewhere.
