I would choose a vasectomy and a sterilisation for her and then put the five kids into care to avoid setting foot in any kind of van made to act like a car!
But then if i was taking the punishment for spreading my seed so liberally i guess i would go for the new Galaxy.
What is it with people in this country and masses of kids? sometimes China has some good ideas lol. Guess the market for people carriers over there is nil with the one child policy.
While im on the subject i find it disturbing that if i want to adopt a dog from the RSPCA they come and give me a visit and make sure i would be good to the dog. If i want a kid i can just go have one with no money no job.....
It was a simple question Craig. Your talking *fribbit*.

Yeh the Grandis Warrior in black looks more of a sports car then some sports cars.

If you must admit to being a child taxi junkie then the Grandis isnt too bad - bit cheap in the interior department but looks like a jacked up Vulva estate - the new S max from Ford with the ST turbo engine sounds fun and I've seen one on the road and they look half decent.
I have to say the S-Max looks good with the body kit, when i saw it on fifth gear, but i think there's a bit of a Grandis copying going on there

Buy a seven seat Merc estate!!!!! The kids love it and fight to sit in the boot seats.
Unfortunately I don't fit as I'm too tall but it looks fun. Plus the kids in the boot blow raspberries at the people in the cars behind if they do something wrong, or wave and smile if they are nice.
We have a Galaxy, and whilst it's a sporty drive by MPV standards the quality and reliability can be quite shockingly bad (Owners forum at http://www.fordgalaxy.org.uk). A friend who is currently arguing with Renault over a £6K bill for a replacement DCI engine in a 3years and a week old Espace would say the same. On the basis of 300,000 trouble free miles in 2 Honda Civics I would say try to squeeze in a stream, if not then go for the Mitsubishi Grandis.
When I bought ours (because we outgrew our 7 seater Volvo 850) my choice came down to a Toyota Previa or the Ssangyong Rodius. In the end I chose the Rodius, for numerous reasons including:
Seat layout was better in the Rodius Toyota didn't do an automatic diesel Specification levels were much better in the Rodius Rodius was bigger
We had discounted the Galaxy/Sharan/Alhambra becuase they were quite small, but they also made me feel queasy driving them
We didn't consider an Espace because..............well I don't know really, we just didn 't.
The Citroen C8/Fiat Ulysee/Peugeot 807 were discounted without even being looked at which was probably a mistake, maybe next time.
We did look at a VW Carvelle and our local dealership in St Ives was offering some good deals and could source an automatic diesel....but in the end the Rodius won me over.
We have had it just over 5 months now and it is about to hit 5000 miles. It is running brilliantly, proving fairly economical (around 32mpg) and is standing up incredibly well to the abuse our 2 year old son and our three foster children (aged 11, 8 and 6) are throwing at it on a daily basis.Swallows them and all their kit with no problems.
Only problem with it is my wife persuaded me we had to have a black one..........bugger to keep clean.
I really did want a Previa and it ran it very close, but I couldn't justify the extra cost for a petrol (mpg wise) or the lower spec levels and need to use the options list to get paralell levels. Will pay for it in depreciation, but will probably run it into the ground so that won't be a worry, as it is Mercedes based this should be a good few years yet.
DONT BUY A PEUGEOT 807 or its sister models from Fiat and Citroen. I had the misfortune to run one for about 18 months, it was dire. My brother has run a 1990 Previa for the last ten years (He is NOT a petrol head) and it was been a good, reliable workhorse. Go with one of the japanese options if you must have an MPV
The Toyota Previa seems to be a very popular choice, i guess no one here has owned a Mitsi Grandis.
