Imprezza? Outrageous when the best ones finally appeared. Now? A poor man's Evo afaiac and only the Litchfield 2.5 with 400+ bhp would hold my interest. How much power does yours have MisterP1? If it's very high, explain in full why and how. (Google might help here ) It's a shame that much of that power will be lost in 4wd transmission drag, eh!

I am no going to share my setup with you Bamford as you will try to copy it. My P1 cost a lot of money and is very rare. It has 300hp as standard and with its all wheel drive will say good bye to any 330i m tech i would say to you get a decent car and even more Noxide. when i see an ax or saxo i just blast past because they so slow

300bhp and 4wd? I had more powerful cars 10+ years ago mate. The CSL has 60 bhp more, 2wd, so less transmission losses and is about 10 times as desirable. Oh dear, we do get 'em!

E63 AMG is probably the best performance saloon.
I do like the M3, Bamford..
Given a choice of all 4-door performance cars of that kind of size, the E63 AMG is the pick..
Pal of mine has bought a brand new, newshape S65 AMG V12. It is an amazing car, probably the very best car in the world.
He is very lucky as he has an SL65 AMG V12 too...

I'd like to see you blast past this one with ease, P1. Come along on the 11th and we'll see. Are you bringing the twin turbo Suzuki aswell?

He'll bring the twin turbo Ignis Sport with him in the boot mate!

Beginning of February, not that it will be able to stay any where near a P1, of course.

I will lay money down that whatever he does actually drive would not stay with your car. My £500 is on the table.

Also remember driving ability has alot to do with it.
Oli is a sensible chap with a good approach to driving.
I would recommend the Institute of Advanced Motorists to you Oli, you would do well with that and being a member of the IAM gives you that head above other road users.
I am in the motorcycle and car IAM divisions.
Misterp's attitude doesnt bode well for skilful driving. Driving ability is a state of mind and requires a positive attitude, rather than an aggressive one.

Palmy, be honest, you know as well as i do that he is yet another fraud. End of. Have you got your advanced motorcycle test Andy? I found that very useful when i took it in 1997.

Just seen the images of your old AX on the other side. That's some scary damage.

The day after the crash i saw the pics. My first reaction was, sod the car, you are so lucky to be with us at all.

I think youre probably right there Bamford.
Yes IAM motorcycle and car tests are well worth doing. Its not so much the test, more the observed runs when preparing for the test. I am an IAM observer, but I havent had the time to commit to it as much as I would like to of late.
Lets be fair, there is a finite amount of time one can sit in a car, and I think I do my fair share of it already! I know thats not the attitude, being an observer is about helping raise the driving standards...
But it is the training by observers which is of benefit, rather than the actual passing of the Advanced Test.
Been in the IAM since November 1996. Im number 271613 and I live only 1 mile from IAM House so often walk in to hand in my renewal in person!

It looks much worse in the metal. How anybody got out of it alive let alone walking is a miracle.

Are you serious? You need to look a little deeper into the history of the person behind MisterP1 and 30-odd other titles here! Erm, no, of course he hasn't got a Scooby, like he never had a Vanquish or a DB9 either!

He used to be a hassle, but his style is quickly recognised and like 'Mr Pretend Scooby', he soon enough runs off to create another name. He's probably here still, but behaving himself, having been run absolutely ragged by the likes of Palmy, Noxide, Alfisti147 and myself, among others, of late.

As "mind blowing decision" (singular) he's done a few Palmy-mocking posts but he's generally been ignored.
