Today was rather splendid.

I collected my S500 LWB this morning, which is now sitting in my driveway.

Then i tootled off for afternoon tea with Noxide which was pleasant indeed. We discussed all manner of motoring topics, and cars themselves. When we left the establishment, there was an M3 convertible, an E55 AMG and a Mitsubishi VR4 in the car park. Seems that we werent the only car fanatics there today!

More of that to come, i hope. This time joined by some of the other chaps too.

Those are very nice, my Boss used 2 hav 1 before he got a new BMW 7 series,

i wouldnt mind 1 maself, it it was in ma budget!

27th of November. A few of us are getting together in London. Palmira, Noxide, Bamford and possibly Trevgo and Craig. Any one else is more than welcome to come along, even Roma!

i owned a gorgeous sd1....metallic burgundy 3500se...one of the best cars iv ever had......

Big G, fabulous car! My dad bought a brand new one in 1982 - it was exactly like yours and was superb. I was too young to drive then but i loved that car. It too was a 3500SE automatic, but was in metallic blue rather than red. It wasnt UK spec but had leather & i liked the fact that it was a rare model - most of those were Vanden Plas or Vitesse.

Craig - it will be somewhere in SW London - venue to be decided. I have a few ideas in mind but would welcome suggestions by other chaps such as yourself & Nox

Out of interest what do you drive? I drive a Corsa 1.2 Comfort, its sooo me!
