Bamford, with the amount of money in Lindon people'll drive around in cars like that and not bother about the CC. I agree it's stupid coz the economy would be ridiculous in London, but if people have the cash, they'll have the cars to match.

cars in any city are only there to get from A to B very slowly -- faster on a bicycle! cars belong on the open road where you can use the power & not have to suffer everyone else's fumes being drawn inside the car all the time
