Every time i get caught behind one in free flowing traffic, they dawdle along at a snails pace in the fast lane, drift across lanes, don't signal and cut corners.
To be fair, a quarter of them seem to be minicabs.
What really annoys me is when they draw level with cars in the slow lane and remain at that speed!
