Sounds a bargain! Even better if it's had a recent MOT. Hell of a lot of car for the money. You certainly won't have to worry about depreciation! There's a lot to be said about 'bangernomics'.

If you buy wisely, running costs on these older, cheaper cars really isn't that bad. Yes some cars will be a financial drain but some really aren't.

..was a company directors company car....then he bought it for himself.....has wanted for nothing, 700 quid spent on it for its last mot including brakes, bushes etc...its a funny spec thing though, having all the toys including aircon and cruise, but also a huge sunroof and...yeuch....cloth interior........still, beggars/choosers etc......!!!....may well take it assuming the guy who recently won my jeep on ebay actually follows through and buys the damn thing.....otherwise il just stick to hooning around sideways in the 4 litre bouncing baby.....
