Hi I have just joined the forum and have enjoyed reading everones comments. My Husband and I are looking to buy a property in Kusadasi area and wondered if anyone has any tips or recomendations to offer ie: good agents etc. Look forward to your replies!
Hi Lee and Magpie Maybe i can help you . We bought our villa close to kusadasi ,well 12 miles or so out ,we preferred the areas around Guzalcamli and Davutlar. Cheaper to live and buy in these areas. Living costs are probably a third of central Kusadasi. We have gained a lot of knowledge regarding buying,furnishing ,banking and general living. We also can recommend a good estate agent which trust me is a godsend.
