I saw your message about the 'place in the sun' episode about Fiji. Did you discover anything? I'm very interested in property in Fiji, and am wondering what the couple featured on the programme experienced.
Hope you don't me poking my trunk in, but I've been working in the property industry for many years and 6 of those in the overseas sector. I'm all for investing in Countries outside of Europe as there are some lovely properties to be had. Australia, NZ and Fiji are excellent examples of this. Yes, I saw the programme. The thing is, you need to find a UK based Company who has done 'all due diligence' on all overseas Countries they deal with. One Company I know of who specialise in a variety of long haul destinations is in Manchester. Would you be interested in knowing who they are?
