We have an apartment in RT-7 in LJDF and recently received a letter from Property Logic asking for the second deposit. I recall reading the contract which stipulated that construction would need to start before the second payment was made. I have seen a few pictures on the web but none show any construction.
Personally, I would like to have some assurance that construction is well underway. Has anyone been out recently had seen any evidence of any work?

there are some pictures of the bulldozers at work on some of the other websites & the ground has been levelled. try eyeonworldwide & Propertyshowrooms web sites.
On a negative point, my lawyers have advised me to hold off the 2nd payment, 'cos planning permission has only been received verbally with no written confirmation.
Spoke to our solicitors who have also agreed with your advice. We will be holding off payment until Property Logic confirm planning permission has been granted.
I am assuming that we will hear from our agents when permission has been received.
