Would agree that Turkey has some good property to offer if you look in the right places, but can't say that I have seen many 4/5 bedroom villas around with a 50k-ish price tag. The better neighbourhoods seems to around the high 50's up but that is only for apartments. Anyway, we found that the Izmir region seemed to be offering the best value lately.
