I used a solicitor prior to purchasing in Braganza World and saw copies of 9 of the 10 documents required. The planning permission has not been stamped due to the office at the council being closed due to the elections. The developer is running to be mayor and has previous developments on his website that can be checked out. I hope this helps you.
