I really like the NIRVANA developments ones, around £165k for a 4 bed luxury detached on a site with all amenities. I have put a deposit for one.

try www.nirvanainternational.com I think you will like them

regards

I think there are still many bargains to be had .
I think personally the best areas is the Aegean area.
Kusadasi ,Bodrum are where the movers and shakers seem to be buying .
Mamy people seem to think the southern areas have reached their top price for now.
If you require advice

Funnily enough i love Fethiye. Its a bit quiet for me as im 26 but the place is great. Its not as western as Bodrum, doesnt have a small arguably manmade beach like Marmaris and has its ups and downs depending on whats going on in the world of war. When its good its good though, even for someone who likes a big nightlife. There was a very cheap 2 bed apartment there for 30k in june but mortgages werent available then so didnt take it any further, good location though near the outdoor gym.

Altinkum is still more or less one of the cheapest for apartments near the beach but as the developments are in abundance the rental market will be tough unless you do some serious marketing back here. Best for holiday homes and capital appreciation. Near altinkum is Akbhuk (spelling?) which is restricted building. Its basically villas and semi-villas, large local community and one of two cafes/restaurants on the front, like a very small fishing village. Also Bafa Lake nearby.

Ovacik and Hisaronu and between Fethiye and Olu Deniz (my fave beach in the world so far). They are up in the mountainside and rental potential is pretty good as well as decent views. loads of bars/clubs/restaurants at Hisaronu.

Every 4 doors there seem to estate agents now in Turkey so plenty opportunities to get ripped off, make sure you dont become one of them

I found a friendly company based in the UK. They know most developers in Turkey and simply promoting the best one's properties they choose. I am interested in 2 bed golf duplexes in Bodrum (tuzla) under £50k with a sea view. Sounds good. this is the link. Enjoy.. bodrum golf properties
