Can any one help me, I have enquired about purchasing an apartment on Braganza World, Goa, but have been informed there's no planning permission in place???

I looked at this Development but heard of some 'unsavory' events that had happened in Goa (although not at Braganza World).

My understanding is that it is not easy to get your money out of India once it's in. I believe you have to set up an Indian Company.

On the face of it India looked good but after a bit of due diligence, I decided it was too risky for me.

I have heard some unsavory stories as well!!
but have been reasured by churchill's its a very simple proccess to buy a freehold property in Goa and extract my money from the country..

Im hearing conflicting stories, so any comments would be appreciated
