I was surprised that Bulgaria didn't qualify for one of the top 20 property locations!? I have been there twice and love the country. I bought a Luxury studio apartment in Sunny Beach for only £23,000 but there are plenty of rural properties for under £10,000, just like Romania. I did my research before buying and couldn't find any pitfalls or horror stories like some of the ones your hear about in Spain.
Can anyone give opinions as to why Bulgaria didn't make the top 20?
