As far as I'm aware it's a 3K deposit and that includes your CBA Law charges. If you don't mind me asking whom & how much did you pay for penthouse and what phase is it in? Cheers

I woudn't ask on a forum like this! Just look around for yourself and see if you can get a penthouse anywhere else in Morocco for 75K. Of course prices go up as time passes, we wouldn't buy if they didn't!

Hi Iv'e been recently to Morocco to take a look at the Playa Vista development along with Colina Smir.We were very tempted to put down a reservation on a penthouse at Playa Vista but held back because we were not happy with the fact that there is nothing to see yet and Compass could not give bank guarantees. By looking on other forums we came across people who had paid 40% deposits over 12 months ago and were still waiting for something to happen!As we have never invested abroad before we are naturally very cautious of all developers and agents. Has anyone else dealt with Compass or does anyone have any advice regarding this development?
