Hi there, just thought I'd share one of my ways as you don't seem to be getting much help.
This is a simple and cheap way, tart your place up i.e. get everything arranged to look it's absolute best, and if necessary borrow some gadgets or furniture for an afternoon.
The next step is take as many photos as you can, I mean at least a hundred. When you've done this get them scanned into your computer and pick out the very best. Then on your computer make your self up a couple of different leaflets showing your property to it's best. Go out and buy yourself some good quality photo print paper and print off your leaflets.
The next bit is cheaky but effective and cheap, go along to as many property expo shows as you can find that deal with your properties location and just hand them out to interested people, It will give you a chance to talk to them and tell them all the best bits of your property and chances are they are there because they were interested in buying in that location in the first place.
Oh and remember to have your contact details on your leaflets.
