Estepona is a very nice area of the Costa del Sol, Spain, and is a great place to move or retire to. The town has kept its spanish atmosphere and has a lovely beach and promenade running the whole length of the town, plus it has its own leisure marine with nice restaurants, bars and shops. There are also plenty of sports facilities, golf etc. For a very nice beach front facing 2 bedroom apartment for sale directly from the owner, see the web site: http://www.royalwd.com/bahia
YES, Estepona has all those facilities - but you certainly pay for them, just as you'll hand over a fortune for vastly overpriced property -and to the estate agents who are so adept at creaming off the top! Lovely place but not at ANY cost. Go a few moiles inland and the situation is different. But if it's a modest property plus a low cost of living this is one of the places NOT to be!
