i have quite a dilema I have see 2 houses that I really want to buy and even though I have the money for both I wont get the use out of them so can you give me your advice as to which one I should get as my summer home please.

HOUSE NUMBER 1
Is in Uganda, in the outskirts of Kampala in a little village called Usngigali. it has 5 acres of land with the option to buy a further 5. There is no running water but there is electricity every other day. The nearest shops are only down the road and local produce is grown near by very cheaply. I can keep goats on my land for food source as well as chickens and pigs.

HOUSE NUMBER 2
is on the croatian coast just north of Ptoce. It has 4 acres of land and the ocean is just 2 miles away from the property. The hose has some shell damage but local builders say it is farily easy to fix up. the hose has not been occupied for teh last 10 years and has been completely gutted. A blank canvas.
