Hi, this is my first visit and i could do with some help.We recently purchased bare land in Montenegro and set up the Company.We had a local person as Director but now his circumstances have changed and i need to take over the Directorship.I cannot make sense or reason on the advice i have been given by Accountant there as to what the requirements are, what is the procedure and how long it will take.I need to go out in October and am trying to find out if 3 days will be sufficent to put this in place.Any help would be appreciated very much.
